We provide full service and Al a Carte planning to fit your every need.

We can oversee every detail of the process from start to finish, including:

*Initial consultation to define your event needs and interests.

*Budget planning and tracking

*Selection and booking vendors, ceremony and reception locations

*Ongoing consultation and advice: ongoing coordination of vendors

*Defining color scheme, theme, and favors

*Advice on etiquette and protocol, timeline

*Assisting with invitation design, printing, mailing and RSVP tracking.

Al a Carte Event Planning prices are based on the type of event, how detailed and the number of guests.

Our wedding packages are as follows:

Day of Coordinator service which is only on the day of your event. Making sure everything goes smoothly, so you can concentrate on the things that matter.

Month of Coordination service is for the couple who wants to dig in and do most of the planning but would like help putting on the finishing touches. Everything is basically done but need assistance in organizing the agenda of events. (4 to 6 weeks prior to date).

Premium Services is for the couple wanting to do most of their planning themselves. They have hired most of their vendors, reserved and booked all services already and are looking for additional assistance in wrapping up details.

Superior Services is for the couple looking for more direction and guidance with their wedding plans. We assist with all the selections necessary to bring it together without stress.

Elite Services is for the couple who is very busy and always on the go. We realize you need assistance with the planning and more hands-on coordination. We offer complete support and that personal touch to create your dream wedding. You can trust us with every detail.
